Enya – O Come, O Come, Emmanuel

Enya - O Come, O Come, Emmanuel

“O Come, O Come, Emmanuel” is a wonderful song by one of my favorite music artist, Enya. I so much appreciate her raw talent and how well impactful her songs used to be.

Born on 17th May 1961, Eithne Pádraigín Ní Bhraonáin, known mononymously as Enya, is an Irish iconic singer, songwriter and composer. She is my idol, honestly.

Reliable reports has it that she has an estimated 80 million albums sold worldwide, which made her the best-selling solo artist and the second-best-selling music act from Ireland. Imagine such great feat!!!!

However, this song is a beautiful and peaceful version of a traditional Christmas hymn. O Come, O Come, Emmanuel is about hope, faith and waiting for light in dark times.

The word “Emmanuel” means “God is with us,” and the song is a prayer asking for God’s presence to bring peace and joy to the world.

In the lyrics, the singer expresses a deep longing for a Savior to come and help people who feel lost or sad.

The song reflects a spiritual journey, where people wait for God to save them and guide them through hard times. It’s not just about waiting but also about trusting that good things will come. Enjoy it and share your thought..
