As a human being, there are times in life when your strength will fail you, even your financial capacity won’t render any substantial help or solution to your situations.
Sometimes, I found myself in situations where I got confused and it seemed like I have lost it all in life, but as a Christian and believer at the same time, I believe that God heals.
When such conditions become my predicaments, I have no option than to go on my knees and seek for renewal of spirit, soul and body.
I move to God in prayers for perfect healing and strength. However, these prayers mean asking God for help when you are sick, in pain or feeling weak.
They bring comfort, hope and courage. They remind us that we are not alone and that God’s love can heal our hearts, minds and bodies during tough & challenging times.
In reality, prayers for healing are a testimony of faith, trust and reliance on God’s love and compassion.
They are deeply ingrained in the Christian spiritual life, offering hope, support and comfort in times of pain or distress.
According to Jeremiah 17:14 “Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.”
Also, in Jeremiah 30:17 we hear God say “I will restore your health, I will heal your wounds.”
James 5:13 tells us “a prayer offered in faith makes a sick person well.” What an assurance!!!
God tells us that through prayer, He can speak to and use us to work miracles for His glory.
When you say a prayer for healing, you are coming to God completely surrendered and expectant to let His Holy Spirit work in and through you.
It’s my earnest pray that you will find miraculous healing as you seek God’s plan for your life.
It’s also important to know that God cares about our whole being, which include the body, soul and spirit.
Whether we are in need of physical, emotional or spiritual healing – God knows and He cares about us.
A Prayer for Healing?
God, you know me so well and you created me. You know the number of hairs on my head and the thoughts conceived in my heart before I ever vocalize them.
You’ve told us to come to you and ask for every need of life. You are my healer, the God who heals and you have the final word on my destiny, the number of years I’ll live and serve you on earth.
I’m coming to you today as your child, longing to hear from you and asking for your divine healing over my life.
There’s so much I don’t understand about life right now but I know that you can make me whole with one touch and one word.
Please forgive me of my sins, cleanse me of my unrighteousness and begin your healing from the inside out.
My maker, take my pain away, according to your will and in your time. Send your Spirit to help me see past my circumstances and onto your calling on my life.
Sickness and injury can’t stop your-placed dreams. Fill my hearts with hope as I wait on you to move in my life and flow out from my heart.
All I pray believing you have answered me in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
A Prayer for Comfort and Strength?
Mighty and the God who sees me, your strength is sufficient for all that I need.
And you know I need so, so much in my life right now. You know every weakness I am weathering now and all my moments to come.
Lord, I want desperately to be refreshed and renewed with your strength and power so that I can personally handle the hard things in my life I’m walking through and also serve you as well.
I know sometimes that isn’t your plan for me to be weak and sometimes, your strength comes from others you placed around me or in forms I least expected.
Like a surprise encouragement, gift, beautiful blessing or scenes surrounding me. Help me to keep leaning on you in my weak moments.
Help me to keep lifting my eyes to you over and over again and help me to see you.
God, you are my strength and you supply all that I need. You have carried me here, and I know you will not stop despite my lapses.
Thank you that you understand my trials and you care for me too. Through my own struggle and pain, help me to be your vessels to offer comfort and strength to others who are hurting.
Thank you Lord that through every weakness and hard place, your strength is displayed in my live.
Personally, I can’t do it on my own but you can, through me. Your power is Mighty within me, you are my helper, strength and all things are possible through you.
Restore my strength and joy that I may serve you throughout my days here on earth and my generations to come.
My Father, you said your strength is made manifest in me, therefore, I receive the abundant grace to be strengthened by the blood of Jesus Christ, Amen!!!!
